Registration & Refund Policy

Registrations for Term 4 social groups & homebodies close on Sunday 28th September

For all other programs, registrations close 14 days prior to the first session or workshop date.

Registrations are confirmed on receipt of payment.

Please check your emails to ensure you have received a receipt for your payment.

If you think there is an issue with your payment – please email rockinghamceramicsstudio@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Refunds requested 14 or more days prior to the commencement date will incur a $25 administration fee.

No refunds will be granted less than 14 days prior to, or after the commencement date.
